Free 30-minute introductory call to discuss your goals and determine whether Innate Running is the right fit.
Comprehensive onboarding assessment, including your running history, injury background, schedule availability, and performance goals.
Personalised training program delivered via Final Surge, provided 1–2 weeks in advance so you can plan your training with confidence.
Ongoing performance analysis, including review of key workouts, races, and training trends to ensure your program evolves with your fitness.
Unlimited program adjustments to accommodate life’s inevitable ebbs and flows.
Unlimited communication via Final Surge, whether related to workout data or your subjective training experience.
Monthly check-in meeting (online or in person) to review progress, discuss training insights, and refine your plan.
Guidance on recovery, training load management, and injury prevention to support long-term consistency and development.
Practical fueling guidance, including strategies for hydration and carbohydrate intake during training and racing

In-Person Strength training
Innate Running is proud to partner with Alpine Fitness to serve Wenatchee Valley athletes in preparation for all of their mountainous pursuits. Innate Running clients receive a discounted Open Gym membership. Strength training provides a setting to practice and condition movements that will help you to be a stronger and more economical runner - specific to your chosen terrain and distance. Each session is truly individually catered according to your injury history and identified movement patterns.
Includes
1:1 strength training at Alpine Fitness Gym in Leavenworth, Washington
A PDF program that includes a detailed outline of all exercises during the session
Does not need to be paired with coaching, but often times that is what works best
Tailored to individual needs such as injury rehab, injury prevention, target event or project
60-90 minutes depending on needs
